About me

Tracey Ngai, Clinical Psychologist

Experience

Through my work across the community mental health and social services sector, together with my postgraduate clinical training and experience at James Cook University, AWWA and Clarity Singapore, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals with diverse backgrounds. My experience includes working with individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities, as well as young adults and adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, and interpersonal concerns. I strive to provide a supportive and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and understood. My therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based therapies including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy, tailoring them to each individual’s needs and goals.
